Responsibilities and duties
1. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of market conditions: including coal, oil, gas and other fuel industries; Electricity, steel, cement and other fuel application industries; Ports, terminals, transportation, storage and other import and export service industries; Mining and metallurgy, machinery and equipment, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, textile and clothing, agriculture and food etc., to develop market trade opportunities in various industries.
2. Pay close attention to the political and economic situation of the country, and keep abreast of the economic and trade trends; Research and analyze the trade agreements between local and other countries, seize trade opportunities, and provide advice for the head office.
3. Formulate the company's business strategy and overall planning objectives according to the specific situation, formulate work measures and organize the implementation, and strive to complete the annual work tasks.
4. Keep in touch with relevant government departments and build strong connections; Maintain communication and coordination with upstream and downstream customers and relevant internal departments to ensure smooth purchase and sale channels.
5. Complete the team building of the company in a timely manner, continuously set up sales teams of various industries, formulated the task and target assessment system, and lead all the staffs of the company to perform their respective responsibilities and complete the annual work tasks.
6. Completed the daily management of the company, including procurement, sales, administration, finance, human resources and other daily management of the company.

Responsibilities and duties
1. Maintain the relationship with existing suppliers in the supply chain, including regular visits and day-to-day communication. Improve the source suppliers database, including indicators, locations, logistics, pricing model and other contents related to business development;
2. Develop new suppliers and establish communication;
3. Participate in all work related to coal supply in the bidding of power plants, including screening of alternative mines, preliminary coordination and communication with mines, obtaining relevant coal supporting documents for bidding, reviewing and negotiating bidding terms and contract terms involving the coal part;
4. According to the company's sales plan, formulate coal procurement plans at different stages, organize the implementation and ensure completion;
5. Participate in the formulation and negotiation of procurement contracts, calculate procurement costs, and ensure the reasonable cost performance of coal procurement;
6. Coordinate the communication between the sales, operation and shipping, etc. of the team and the suppliers, be responsible for handling the problems or disputes related to the suppliers in the entire chain of business execution, and ensure the smooth implementation of the business.

Requirements

2. Tracking stock holding, and remaining in touch with internal or external suppliers proactively to ensure that our stock can meet customer needs (Warehouse can be deemed as a mine);
3. Keeping up to speed on the developments and dynamics of the coal market. Having the knowledge of the target national coal mining resources, broadening supplier base, updating supplier database, and remaining in close touch with new suppliers;
4. Participating in all work related to coal supply in the bidding of power plants, including the screening of candidate mines, preliminary coordination and communication with mine owners, and obtaining supporting documents as well as reviewing and negotiating terms of solicitation and contracts that are related to coal;
5. Responsible for developing and carrying out coal purchasing plans for different stages according to the company's sales plan, and ensuring the completion of these plans;
6. Participating in the formulation and negotiation of procurement contracts and procurement costs checking, and ensuring that the procurement is cost-effective;
7. Improving the coordination and communication between sales, operation and shipping teams and suppliers, and responsible for handling issues and disputes related to suppliers in the whole chain of business execution to ensure the smooth implementation of the business.
